While our products are now offered through Amazon, there are several important differences to note between ordering a mattress from their page and placing the order directly with us. Basically when purchasing on Amazon.com, you will adhere to their prices and return policies.
Tomorrow promotional discounts cannot be applied when purchasing your Tomorrow Sleep products through Amazon. You can however, use Amazon gift cards or any payment they will accept towards your purchase. Referral links and promo codes can only be redeemed via our website.
Finally, if you purchase through Amazon, their customer support team will take care of you should any inquiries or issues come up. Please note that since they are a large corporation, their representatives aren’t as familiar with our product. We’re happy to help with Amazon orders where we can, but are typically limited by access.
Since we are a subsidiary of Serta-Simmons Bedding, which has offices and manufacturing facilities in many states across the US, we are required to charge sales tax on any order shipped to a state in which they operate. We have what is called nexus and as such, since they are our parent company and we are a subsidiary, we must charge sales tax.
