Frequently asked questions about shipping and delivery from Tomorrow Sleep.
When will I receive my order via standard delivery?

We ship via FedEx Ground from 2 locations: one in Georgia, and another in California. It just depends on how close you are to either of those facilities. Typically, it is 2-3 business days but it can take up to 5. 

How much is shipping?

Every order from Tomorrow Sleep has the option to ship completely for free and typically arrives within 2-3 business days! One last thing you won’t need to lose sleep over. We also offer White Glove setup and delivery services starting at $75, pricing may vary based on location.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you’ve just placed your order, please reach out to our Dream Team immediately to make that change. We’ll do our best to get those corrections made at our warehouse or with FedEx.

How big is the shipping box for the mattress?

All mattresses come shipped in a 20” X 20” X 42” box, with the exception of our California King, which comes in a 21” X 21” X 43” box.

Do you ship internationally?

Tomorrow Sleep is set-up to only serve the lower 48 contiguous United States.

Can I schedule my delivery?

Yes! If you'd like to have your order delivered on a specific date, you'll need to select White Glove Delivery.

(Orders shipped via standard FedEx can not be scheduled and will typically arrive 2-5 business days after your order is placed.)

Do you offer White Glove delivery service? How much does it cost?

We are proud to offer White Glove delivery service throughout the lower 48 United States for your new Tomorrow Sleep mattress! The pricing begins at $75 for delivery, but can vary based on your proximity to a metropolitan area. To get an exact price quote, simply enter your shipping information at checkout.

What is included with White Glove delivery service?

Our delivery specialists will arrive to your home on the day you choose with your new Tomorrow Sleep mattress in hand. They’ll then unbox, unwrap, and lay out your new mattress wherever you like, taking the packaging with them when they leave.

How do I schedule White Glove delivery service for my order?

Once you reach the checkout screen and after you enter your shipping address, you will be able to select “White Glove Delivery” as a shipment option. When doing so, you’ll see the option to also add old mattress removal to the service as well as a calendar of available delivery dates. From there, simply select a date and continue to checkout! You’ll receive confirmation via email after you finish your order.

What time will my White Glove order be delivered?

You will be given a 4 hour time window the day prior to your chosen day of delivery. Our delivery service, XPO Logistics, will give you a call the evening before to inform you of your time window.

Do I have to be home for White Glove delivery service?

Since the White Glove delivery team needs to be allowed access to your home to set up your mattress, either you or another resident must be present at the time of delivery. Don’t worry though; you can schedule your delivery date for whenever is most convenient to you. Our delivery team will also call you the day before to specify the time of delivery so that you can know when to expect them.

What if I need to reschedule my White Glove delivery service?

If you need to reschedule your delivery date, no problem! Just reach out to us at and we will do everything we can to make sure that adjustment will be made for you.

What if I missed my delivery window?

If you are running late to your time window to meet the drivers, they will wait an additional 15 minutes as a courtesy. If you do not arrive, they will take the merchandise back and leave a notice on the door with contact information. Just give them a call and they’ll work with you on getting the delivery date rescheduled.

Will you remove my old mattress?

Old Mattress Removal is an option when you select White Glove Delivery. For an additional $49 our delivery specialists will wrap up and take away your old mattress. It will then be taken to a donation or recycling center.

Can I receive a refund for the White Glove delivery service?

As White Glove delivery service is provided by a partner of ours, we can not refund the service fee once your order has been placed. That said, if you need to change the date of your delivery, or the service being performed on your order (such as adding mattress removal), just reach out to us at so we can make those changes.

Can I get delivery faster than next week?

Orders that are placed with free standard shipping arrive directly to your door via UPS within 2-3 business days. With White Glove Service, additional time is required as the order is first shipped to the closest XPO Logistics facility from your home.

Do I need to be home to receive the mattress via standard FedEx delivery?

Nope! We do not require a signature for any of our orders, and FedEx will simply leave your mattress at your doorstep, within the vestibule of your building, or with your doorman. That said, it is up to the discretion of the driver whether it is safe to leave your delivery if no one is present.
